Park Lake Villas is a 60 unit condominium complex located at the Southern end of the Park Lake Community in Maitland, Florida.
The Villas is a vastly owner occupied, quiet and stable community which was established in 1974, and is adjacent to pristine Park Lake and the attached Lake Gem.
Park Lake Villas is professionally managed by Greystone Management Company of Maitland Florida, and has a 5 person Board of Directors composed only of owners.
The Board at Park Lake Villas is very proactive in maintaining the beauty, quality and value of this Community, and we work closely with other nearby Associations to that end.
